职位描述：
AsamemberoftheoverallCLSFinanceTeamtheClusterFinanceManagers(FM)willworkinpartnershipwiththeCLSClusterLeader.He/shewillleadanddrivefinancialcapabilitythatworksacrossthesectorsinclusterbuildingcustomerandlogisticsservicescapabilities.Specifically,theFMwillberesponsibleforstrongfinancialmanagementprocessestoensureaccurateplanning,forecasting,reportingandcontrolstosupportandfurtherenhancetheinitiativesthebusinessisundertakingandincollaborationwithJ&Jbusinessesincluster.TheFMwillalsoplayacriticalrole,inpartnershipwiththeregionalandfinancialleadershipteam,increatingandexecutingaplanforoptimizingtheJ&Jcustomerexperience.Moreover,thesuccessfulcandidatewillbeakeyleaderinhelpingtoguidethevalueproposition,captureanddeliveryonthepromiseofCLS.RESPONSIBILITIES?Directregionalfinancialplanning,reportingandanalysis(includingStrategicPlan,BusinessPlan,Updatesandadhoc)?CreatevisibilitytoCOGSandSG&Aperformanceincluster?EstablishkeyanalyticalframeworkforCLSeconomicdriversandcosttoserve?Projectanalysisandportfolioprioritization–providebusinessinsightandanalysisinidentifying,prioritizingandexecutingagainstkeyprogramstodelivertheCLSStrategicPlan,e.g.,networkandtransportationoptimization,brandprotection,processharmonizationandtechnology,etc.REQUIRED?Professionalcertification(e.g.ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA)isrequired,priorauditbackgroundadvantageous?5-10yearsofoverallFinanceexperience.Preferablywithcrosssectorandend-to-endsupplychainfinanceexperience.?AsiaPacificregionexperienceispreferred.?Strongbusinessacumen.?Outstandinganalyticalskills.?Strongcommunicationskills(written,verbalandpresentation)?LeadershipandInfluencingskills-abilitytoworkacrosssectors,geographies,etc.withoutdirectlineofauthority.Influenceswithfactbaseddataandwillingtotakeastandondifficultorunpopularrecommendations.?StrategicThinking–abilitytoseeareasforpotentialimprovementtocreategrowth,improvefinancialperformanceandcreatecompetitiveadvantage.?J&JSupplyChainknowledgeandnetwork
