Regularcollectandanalysingtemperaturedatafortransportation.Reviewtemperaturedataweeklyandmonthly.Ifthereareanytemperaturedatadeviation,fillinDev.comandfollowuptheCAPA.3. Responsibleforforwarderqualificationsandvehicle,driverinformationrecordermanagement.Ensurethedocumentsarevaild.Havetrackinglistofallthedocumentsexpiredrecord,updatethedocumentsontime.4. AllthetransporationdocumentsfilingtoensurecompliancetoGSP&GMPregulation,nofindingduringinternalandexternalaudit.5.
