"ExpectedAreasofResponsibilities工作职责"1.ManageSafetyrelatedSOPinlinewithlocalgovernmentandBMScorporaterequirements管理安全方面的SOP，使之符合当地和BMS总部的要求2.Responsibletoorganizeandparticipateinthe""ProcessSafetyManagement""activities,conductemployeefortheposition“Jobsafetyanalysis(JSA)”andseekdangeroussourcetoensurethesafetyriskbeingwellcontrolled.负责组织并参与“生产工艺安全评价”等活动，引导员工进行岗位作业安全分析并识别危险源，确保风险得以有效的控制。3.SupervisesitesafetyimplementationstatusinlinewithlocalgovernmentandBMScorporaterequirements,includingbutnotlimitedinfiresafety,specialequipmentandcontrolledmaterialsmanagement,permitissuing,etc...监督工厂安全相关事宜的执行情况使之符合当地和BMS总部的要求，包括但不限于消防安全，特种设备和受控物料管理,作业许可的签署等等4.ExecutedailysiteEHSinspectionandidentifysafetyhazards.Communicatewithrelevantdepartmentandgetthefindingssolvedorfollowup实施安全的日常检查，找出安全方面存在的隐患，及时同有关部门沟通予于解决或跟踪5.Develop&implementsafetytrainingonon-boardingsafetytraining,annualsafetytrainingandspecialsafetytraining.Makeoutannualsafetycommunicationplananddevelopsafetycommunicationmaterials.制定和实施入职安全培训，年度安全培训，专项安全培训。并制定安全宣传计划，发展安全宣传材料。6.Responsibletoconductincidentsandnearmissinvestigation,assisttherelevantdepartmentorpersontoanalyzetherootcause,workouttheactionplantopreventthereoccurrence,thenrecordandreporttheaccident.负责事故和隐患调查，协助相关部门、个人分析事故原因，制定预防措施以防止类似事件的再次发生，将调查情况作记录，向上级报告7.Responsibletodevelopandimplementemergencyresponsedrillplan.负责制定和实施应急反应演习计划8.Responsibletodevelop,improveandmaintainOHSAS18001andprovidethesupporttothedeparments.负责发展，改善和维护OHSAS18001系统，并给相关部门提供技术支持。9.Respobsiblefortoxicchemical,explosivechemicalandotherhazardouschemicalmanagementandkeepgoodcommunicationwithrelativelocalgovernment.负责工厂剧毒化学品，易爆品和其他危化品的管理。并和相关政府部门保持良好的沟通。10.Responibleforsuppliersafetymanagmentandconstructionsafetymanagment.负责供应商安全管理和项目施工安全管理。11.ContinuouslyimprovemachinesafetyandLOTOprogram.持续改善工厂的设备安全和上锁挂牌系统。12.Completeotherassignmentsgivenbysuperior完成领导其他交办任务"ExperiencesDesired相关工作经验要求"1.5yearsoraboveexperiencesinChemical,MechanicalorSafetyEngineering至少五年从事化工工程、机械工程或安全工程的实际工作经验2.PreviousexperienceinEHSofpharmaceuticalormanagementispreferable具有制药行业经历者及相关管理工作经验者优先"Educational/KnowledgeDesired(includingprofessionalqualifications&languageproficiency)必要的学历和专业资格，含语言能力"1.Bachelordegreeorabove,majorinMechanical,ChemicalorSafetyEngineering本科学历或以上，机械，化学或安全工程专业2.CertifiedSafetyEngineerorrelevant注册安全工程师或相关资质3.ISO14001orOSHAS18001internalauditorispreferred有ISO14001和OSHAS18001内审员资质更佳4.Haveangoodabilitytolisten,speak,writeandreadinbothEnglishandChinese具有良好的中英文听说，读写能力"Skills&AbilityDesired必要的技能和能力"1.Abilityofeffectivecommunication具备有效沟通的能力2.Abilityofworkindependently具备独立工作的能力3.Abilitytotakeworkpressure具备承担较大工作压力的能力4.Abilitytocontinuouslylearnsomethingnewandhaveopenmind具备持续学习的能力并有开放的头脑"
