职位描述：
ExpectedAreasofResponsibilities工作职责1.ManagetheteamtoensurethescheduledproductioniscompletedtimelyaccordingtoGMPandEHSregulationtomeettheneedsofcustomers;coordinatetherelationshipbetweeninternalandexternaltoensuresmoothproductionactivities;Continuouslyoptimizetheproductionprocesstoreducecost;Establishpeopledevelopmentandtrainingplan;Drawupdepartmentbudgetofexpanse（headcount&production）andcontroltheproductionoperationaccordingtothebudget管理所属团队，按照GMP和EHS等法规要求，完成生产计划以满足市场需求；协调内部和外部之间的关系以保证生产活动顺利的进行；持续优化生产过程降低生产成本：建立培训和人员发展计划；编制部门年度预算（人员和生产费用）并根据此预算控制生产运行。ExperiencesDesired相关工作经验要求1.5yearsoraboverelativeexperienceofmanagementinmedicineproduction5年以上管理经验2.Familiarwiththerelatedequipmentandprocessesofpharmaceuticalpreparations熟悉药厂制剂生产的相关设备和工艺3.FamiliarwiththeDrugAdministrationLawofPRCandtheChineseGMP熟悉中华人民共和国药品法和中国GMPEducational/KnowledgeDesired(includingprofessionalqualifications&languageproficiency)必要的学历和专业资格，含语言能力1.Bachelordegreeorabove,majorinPharmacyorChemistry本科以上学历，药学或化学专业2.Haveanexcellentabilitytolisten,speak,readandwriteinbothEnglishandChinese具有良好的中英文听说读写能力Skills&AbilityDesired必要的技能和能力1.Abilityofleadershipofpeopleandproductionmanagement具备人员和生产管理的领导能力2.AbilitytouseMSOffice具备使用办公室软件的能力3.Abilityofeffectivecommunication具备有效沟通的能力
