TheTechnicalServiceandManufacturingSupportcomponentoftheLillyAsianTechnicalHub(LATH)providestechnicalsupporttoLillymanufacturingsitesandAlliancepartners’sitesintheAsianregiontoassurepatientshavesafeandefficaciousdrugproducts.TheTS&MSadvisor–OSDManufacturingisresponsibleforprovidingtechnicalsupportandinnovationsolutionsinthefieldoforalsoliddosageproductmanufacturing.-ImplementglobalTS&MSagendaandnewprocessesinmanufacturing.-DevelopthetechnicalcapabilitiestomeetwithLATHbusinessgoal.-ProvidequalityoversighttoensuresafetyandefficacyofLillygovernedOSDproducts;-Participateorsupportregulatoryfunctioninproductregistration;-ProvidehighqualityinputtocustomersinDevelopmentandmaintenanceofmanufacturinginstructionsforLillygovernedOSDproducts;-ProvideroutinetechnicalsupportformanufacturingofLillygovernedOSDproducts.-Workingwithcrossfunctionalgroupstotroubleshootissuesarisingatcustomer’smanufacturingsite;-EstablishworkingrelationshipwithglobalLillyManufacturingScienceandTechnologynetwork.-Completetheotherduties,suchasProjectManagement,assignedbymanagementofLATHChina.MinimumRequirements:-15+years’experienceincGMPmanufacturingsupport.ThisincludesdeepfirstprincipleknowledgeofsomeorallessentialequipmentandutilitysystemsemployedinOSDmanufacturingoperations;-LSScertification;-Fundamentalknowledgeofpackagingoperations;-Demonstratedabilitytosolvedifficulttechnicalproblemsandimplementsolutions;-Abilitytoworkacrossfunctional,geographic,externalboundaries;-Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskillstobeeffectiveinateambasedsituation;-Foundationalknowledgeofprojectmanagement;-Abilitytoworkindependently.
